Our Approach
Our approach is much different than other call centers. Our ONLY goal is to create quality conversions. A conversion might consist of patching through a live call to your law firm, or scheduling an appointment, or getting a signed retainer.

Pricing
At Legal Conversion Center we believe in keeping it simple. Our pricing reflects that philosophy.
We simplify our pricing, so you have no surprises:
- For Inbound calls we charge a per minute rate, with no additional rate for getting your contracts signed on qualified claimants.
- For outbound projects we charge either by the lead received, or per signed contract, but never both.
We DON’T CHARGE For:
- Minute-Based Packages where you lose minutes or are charged an overage rate when you use more minutes than allotted.
- Extra for getting your contract signed.
- Agent work time.
- Adding intakes or programming time to adjust your account.
- DID numbers.
- Custom reporting or access to your online client portal.
- Additional programming costs for outbound accounts and integration.
Quality
At Legal Conversion Center, our Quality Assurance team listens to and grades thousands of calls each month. Our supervisors use our proprietary 32-point call grading system that measures everything from vocal tone, empathy, grammar, and spelling, to talk time audits and intake accuracy.
