I have had the pleasure of working in the legal industry since 2009. My humble start was working in Social Security Disability and grew from that into the legal marketing space. In the past and in my current role I provide high-level account management to ensure that law firms are able to grow their business.
The Client Services team at Legal Conversion Center aims to build a great firm experience so that firms can focus on case management and winning cases. We work to ensure that our intake and retainer process is seamless with the firms’ operations.

In 2023, I joined the LCC family, bringing over twenty years of proficiency in project management, nurturing client partner relationships, and ensuring operational excellence while collaborating with our Client Services, Development, and call centers Operations teams. Serving as the current Business Development Project Manager for LCC, my emphasis is on steering impactful projects, implementing cost reduction strategies, and enhancing overall profitability through strategic planning, sales, and marketing initiatives. With a demonstrated history of success in project management, relationship cultivation, and operational efficiency, my commitment is to consistently deliver top-tier results to our clients with integrity and excellence.

I started with the Legal Conversion Center in 2018 as a sales representative. In the four years of working with the company, I have had an opportunity to touch almost all aspects of the operations side of the business. This allows me to be successful in my current role of Operations Director. I am able to make on the spot, informed decisions that result in “Perfect Service” for the Law Firms we represent.
With over 20 years experience in Customer Service, I am able to connect with employees, customers (both internal and external) and clients from various backgrounds and cultures. I am results driven and strive to achieve the best possible results for each and every one of our very important clients.

Jonathan has developed extensive expertise in developing and deploying contact center solutions with over a decade and a half of experience, including much of that time with Legal Conversion Center.
The enterprise software his team builds and maintains incorporates innovative employee engagement techniques and extensive integrations to industry-leading software solutions. Previous call center solutions he has developed are currently adopted by companies around the globe, including Fortune 1000 companies.
Jonathan is an advocate for Foster Care Youth and Foster-to-Adopt programs. He and his husband have four children through adoption. Not afraid to travel and work remotely, Jonathan has traveled full-time in an Airstream but still calls Vermont home.

I came to Legal Conversion Center in February of 2020, where I have applied my extensive experience in customer service to my role as Legal Account Manager. I work extensively with our clients throughout the onboarding process to customize their account structure based on their specific needs, as well as continuing to maintain a close relationship dedicated to providing an exemplary experience for both the firm and their clients.
